Rules for using payment terminals.

1.1. Correspondence between the parties can be carried out through social network accounts, whatsapp, phone call and e-mail address. If the contact information changes, the customer is informed about it.

1.2. Payment terminals do not accept pennies. If the amount is in pennies, round up should be included. You can get back the remaining amount during the payment by approaching the customer services.

1.3. If the receipt was not printed or lost during the payment, the customer can get the payment receipt by approaching our office or by sending a photo of the ID card to our whatsapp number (050)404 4888.

1.4. Payment terminals do not accept foreign currency. Conversion is not carried out by eManat when paying to foreign currency accounts

1.5. eManat terminals are intended for receipt only.
