• Gathering and analyzing requirements from various stakeholders

• Analysis and preparation of technical documents

• Ensuring the implementation of integrations in payment systems

• Evaluate change proposals and identify solutions to help the organization achieve its goals

• Provide analysis of customer requirements by working with Programming, System analyst and Business development team

• To participate in checking the functionality of services in payment systems together with relevant structural units and finding solutions to malfunctions

• Conducting analyzes in various directions and proposing solutions, taking into account the company's activities

• SDLC – Basic knowledge of software life cycle

• Providing support for the implementation of the additions and changes intended for the services included in the payment systems within the framework of the project

• Collecting and compiling requirements for the implementation of internal projects in the company's portfolio

• Analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks (SWOT analysis)

• At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field (Payment systems, Banking operations, FinTech).

• Knowledge and work experience in UML and BPMN

• Redmine, Jira, etc. experience with tools

• Experience and knowledge of working with Web Services

• Working experience in SOAP and REST

• Experience working on Swagger and Postman

• Ability to query API Servers, having knowledge of query formats (JSON / XML);

• Logical-Mathematical thinking, interviewing and questioning, analytical and systematic way of thinking

• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills

• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

• High education;

• Language skills:

o English language – B1 (Intermediate);

o Russian language – B1 (Intermediate);

• At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field (Payment systems, Banking operations, FinTech).
