• Execution of self-escalated requests

• Support for recovery of erroneous payments due to an accident in payment systems

• Support for the implementation of preliminary analysis of erroneous payments that occurred at payment terminals

• Participate in company-provided training and hands-on activities to support operations

• To apply procedures and rules for supporting operations

• High education

• 1-3 years of work experience

• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages

• Analytical thinking, initiative, ability to work in a team

• Office interior;

• Shift work mode;

• Evaluation of initiative proposals;

• Payment of wages every 15 days;
